9/16 @ 5PM Networking Nights 2013: Lessons in Networking

Networking nights kick off with
a lesson in networking by former SHC President Susan Lam, MHA’12,
on September 16th, 5 P.M. in RGL 308.
The lesson will wrap up before PPD 516.

Susan's HeadshotSusan Lam is an employee at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Department where her skills include lean methodologies, process improvement, facilitation and project managment. As a Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional, her skills and experience also includes accreditation and licensing.
 
Susan received her bachelors degree in Biology from the University of California San Diego and her Masters Degree in Health Administration from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California. As a graduate student at USC, she served as president of the Student Health Council, was a member of the the HCE student marketing committee, and was on the board of editors in the the student-run academic journal that publishes effective and inspiring policy reports that addresses global issues on a multi-disciplinary level. Since 2011, she has been a member of the Upsilon Phi Delta Honor Society (AUPHA)
